PreCision TEstings

A variety of top international accurate tests to help you better understand various body indicators

DEXA TEst

The DEXA test provides accurate measurements of your fat and muscle mass, as well as your bone density. This test can measure body fat areas (arms, legs, waist, buttocks) to help you accurately understand your physical condition and body changes over time, and predict and prevent possible problems.

VO2 Max Test

The VO2max test measures the amount of oxygen your body uses during maximum intensity exercise and is considered the most accurate test of aerobic or cardiovascular fitness.

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)

Testing the calories burned by the body while at rest is a good reference for increasing muscle and reducing fat.

Age is the strongest risk factor for death and illness, including disease, dementia and COVID-19.

Biological age measurements (such as GrimAge) are designed to represent your actual age risk and have been shown to be more accurate than chronological age alone.

Fortunately, your biological age is modifiable, which means you can change it.

Genetic Age tests

Genetic age tests predict your biological age based on DNA methylation.

PhenoAge and GrimAge have been found to be closely related to biological age and are predictors of morbidity and mortality. We use PhenoAge and GrimAge to test genetic age.

The Genetic Youth Test was developed in the Horvath Laboratory at UCLA by using historical biobank data from large population studies and validated in large independent studies across multiple human cell types and tissues.

In addition to age, our genetic testing can predict the status of your immune system and enable monitoring of immunosenescence (aging of the immune system).

PhenoAge tests

PhenoAge test gives you a biological age score. It is based on levels of nine clinical biomarkers circulating in the blood that have been found to be strongly associated with morbidity and mortality from age-related diseases.

Developed in 2018 by the team of Dr. Morgan Levine, Dr. Luigi Ferrucci, and Dr. Steve Horvath.

In addition to your biological age score, the test includes many well-established clinical biomarkers used by doctors and clinical trials to help understand your health.
